What is the minimum order quantity?+
It depends on the product; most start at one 20′ container. Mixed containers let you combine several products in one shipment.
Can I get a sample before ordering?+
Yes. Sample approval is step two of our process; orders are produced and inspected against the approved sample.
Who performs quality control?+
Our own team, or an independent inspection company if you prefer. The report is sent to you with photos.
Which Incoterms do you work with?+
EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and others on request; we book and track the freight.
Can I find out who the producer is?+
Producers are shown anonymously on the site. Identity, plant visit and audit report are shared after contract.
